4th of July Spectacular!

We had a great 4th of July...we had a fabulous "picnic lunch" followed by a not so good afternoon nap followed by a great cookout at Robbie & Lacy's house. The kids were decked out in precious outfits and all of them were troupers ther entire night...they all lasted until it was all over! This was by far the best 4th of July I have every had! We were with our best friends and Lillian was with her best friends...that's about as good as it gets! I was super excited that Lillian enjoyed the fireworks...I was VERY afraid that they would scare her, but again (just like the ocean) she shows me she's scared of NOTHING!

Best friends...

Lillian has discovered her new best friend...Cali. She cuddles with Cali every chance she gets! She also now LOVES feeding Cody her food...and Cody LOVES eating her food! So cute!

**In an update on Lillian...she is well on her way to walking! We practice every day and she is now up to about 6-7 steps at a time on her own! Hopefully I'll have news of a walker soon!

Pittsburgh

Here are pictures from our trip to Pittsburgh...we went to visit Chad's brother and celebrate his graduation. We had a great time and Lillian loved playing with all of her cousins...we miss everyone up there and wish we got to see them more often.

Fernandina 2008

These are pictures from our trip to Fernandina with the Prossers and Olliffs...we had a GREAT time and Lillian LOVED the water! We can't wait for next year when she can walk and won't get covered with sand! Enjoy!

Last day of school!

May 29, 2008 was Lillian's first official Last day of school! She was very excited as you can see! We are looking forward to many days in the pool...I guess it's not "by" the pool anymore...don't think Lillian can appreciate laying out yet.

First pool trip!

Lillian experienced a "Big Girl" pool for the first time today. She wasn't sure at first and cried a little, but after 20 minutes or so she warmed up to the idea. She splashed her arms and feet and even put her face in a little. She especially loved the crab floatie we borrowed...which we are buying one ASAP! We stayed until her fingers and toes were nice and pruned! We can't wait to back tomorrow for Memorial Day...and probably most everyday this summer! Yay for pool season!
